Each gallery on this site is intended to show examples of what to expect and limitations with concert photojournalism in general. Artistic merits take second place to journalistic interests. I do not have room to list specific film type and settings for each image but you can E-mail me if you have any specific questions.

This page contains some of my favorite shots but not necessarily my favorite bands. Most of these bands required a press photo pass (see photojournalism) so I would usually shoot one roll of color and one of black & white with the black & white to be used for zines and the color for my own experiments. I was more concerned with grain with the color print roll so usually shot 400 ASA "pushed" to 800 or shot 1600 ASA.
